Originally intended as a carpet design, this pattern has been carefully refined, retaining its distinctive shaping. The graceful interlacing of tulip heads and acanthus leaves, typical of Morris’s enigmatic hand, creates a rhythmic, meandering pattern that feels perfectly suited to the wall.
