Originally designed as a textile, the Persian Tulip features elegant teardrop-shaped motifs. This updated design honours the traditional Persian aesthetic admired by William Morris and John Henry Dearle. A striking diagonal layout leads the eye through the piece, where tulip heads are nestled within a chevron ribbon. Coloured in tonal shades, the wallpaper is digitally printed, retaining a painterly movement that echoes the archive document at The Huntington. A coordinating fabric is available in the Handcrafted book.
