Tabriz

An exuberant lampas, TABRIZ adopts a saz style motif, typical of the Ottoman Empire from the 16th century, recognizable by its sickle-shaped design. Here it is reinterpreted as a brocade, by introducing the imitation of metal among the weft threads.
